| Description | This is related to 0013063 but more general -- I noticed it in the Flagship Ability dropdown. If I see a scrollbar in a UI, I generally expect the mousewheel to scroll it when the pointer is over the relevant UI element. It's a little disconcerting to have to drag the scrollbar manually. Handling conflict with the zoom function in the combat view (or solar map, if that has zooming) might be a bit tricker, but either the UI element could suppress the zooming or (as in AI War) the mousewheel could both zoom and scroll. | ||||

* Any time any dropdown item is open, it now directs all mouse wheel scrolls to that dropdown and suppresses any other dropdown handling. |

* Added a very long-requested feature to our engine: generalized mouse scrollwheel support in scrollable windows. And there was much rejoicing. :) |
