Summary	0013159: New action list window shows text of last selected action
Description	When first opening an action list window, the box on the right shows the text from the last selected action, even when that selection was from a different list. This box should probably be cleared when the window is displayed. I've attached a screenshot of the Negotiate With Mercenaries screen talking about attacking the Skylaxian Senate.
