I think I see what happened. I did a couple missions for andor, with the second mission being a robotic speech. I think this allowed me to spend more bargaining points than I really had, putting me in such bargaining debt that I can't do anything else. |

It would help to see a bargaining/influence data chart to see what was spent where. |
