Summary	0013371: Assist Orbital Bombardment mission unwinnable when all enemies dead
Description	If you kill all enemies on an Assist Orbital Bombardment mission, the bombers can never die, so the only option is to withdraw and take whatever penalties this involves (seems to only be the Burlust/Thoraxian/Skylaxian influence penalty). Presumably it should be treated as a win if you withdraw after all enemies are dead.
