Summary	0013637: Unable To Slow Down Time After A Despatch Mission
Description	I started a help build armada despatch mission for 2 months. The despatch started then I clicked used the hotkey to speed up time and a confirmation screen came up I exited and when I went back into the game the speed was still superfast and the slow down speed option had vanished all I could do was pause. After pausing the game speed is back to normal but the speed controls have vanished. I have attached a save after the event. I have only just started this game and 5 years have now passed.

This lets players catch their bearings a little bit, and it's also something that prevents the "runaway speed stuck on" after dispatches.
