DescriptionIn the attached game, I am able to ask the Peltians, Peltans, Furry People? Whatever, I can ask them to share Bomb Shelters with the Acutions(sp?) over and over. Even though the Auctions gain the tech, it still allows me to pick that tech to share, and appears to give me all of the influence and relations rewards that go with it.

For 0.852:

* Fixed several bugs with contracts where you select a related race and then something else (like a tech, for tech-sharing deals). This was allowing, for instance, having the Peltians give the Acutians Basic Subatomic Theory over, over, over, and over again.
