Description	in attached savegame Skylaxian have 1.31 ship multiplier, but according to tech description they should have 1.30 as other races have.

Chris_McElligottPark Apr 12, 2014 11:41 am administrator ~0035825	The reason for their extra bonus is because of the bonuses from some of their hull techs being slightly better. The stats for each race's ships are randomly rolled within certain bounds, and that plays into this factor by a small amount. Hence the very small differential.
