Summary	0013879: Solar Map: Provide a way to get info about a race without having to visit them
Description	Reported on behalf of madcow from here: http://www.arcengames.com/forums/index.php/topic,15151.0.html There doesn't seem to be a way to get info on the races without actually visiting them. I was trying to decide who to smuggle space tech to, but didn't seem possible to decide in advance - just had to go visit and see.

Although now it also shows you what alliance they are in and what your influence with them is, so it's actually better than before.
