Ok, yea, it wasn't picking up saves that were saved after the construction of the refugee outpost in that particular version.

I'll have a fix in for the next version but here's a fixed-up save that should be 5 seconds into the scan.

no but really, one of the spire waves spawned far too soon.. unless its supposed to spawn from just having refugee settlements sitting around.


also, refugee cores have the same attack power as their master.. muhaha.

Well, I suppose I forgot to mention that Spire Frigates have a teensy, weensy little value for IncrementsEventWaveCounterByThisPerMinute.

But it's only 15, and y'all could have had at most 12 of the frigates (3 total human homeworlds, I'm assuming). Seems like it should take quite a while.

The first attack threshold is 10,000.

Hmm.

15*12 = 180

10000 / 180 = ...

...

About 55.

I'll fix the logic so that the event attack counter won't even start counting up until after the first city hub is constructed, and it will clear the counter for any save being loaded from before that stage.

The refugee outpost foldouts weren't intended to have the same cannon, but I think I like it better the way it is :)

Ok, for the next version I've moved all the IncrementsEventWaveCounterByThisPerMinute to the city hub, so there's no additional "penalty" for building the structures, building the capital ships, using the capital ships to defenestrate the AI, etc. :)
