It occured to me that this might not be a bug at all and might just be that I didn't have any bribe items at the time. |

I played some more today and I know I had a bribe item, though perhaps not one an Evuck would like. I noted I didn't have the option to bribe the Boarine Regent either. Does the option only show up when you have a suitable bribe item? |

Yep, exactly -- it doesn't show when there's nothing that will please them. |
