Summary	0014087: Raiding for Resources way too powerful
Description	Getting 4000 Resources for -10 influence is way too good of a deal. You can re-gift the same resources to that race for +40 influence, then repeat. Alternatively, if you have one race you hate, it is very easy to make every single other race absolutely love you.
