| Description | Getting 4000 Resources for -10 influence is way too good of a deal. You can re-gift the same resources to that race for +40 influence, then repeat. Alternatively, if you have one race you hate, it is very easy to make every single other race absolutely love you. | ||||

I think it is fine if you steal from one and give to another, but the influence lost total should probably be equal to orlarger than influence gained. |
