Summary	0014179: Right Click to Close Subscreens
Description	It's a bit of a hassle to find the "close" button on a subscreen like "Friendly Acts" or "Planet Details", especially since they don't have standard windows so the close button is just kind of hanging in space. It would be really nice if we could use the right-click button to close the window; that's a common enough behavior in other games.
