Summary	0014319: No option to invite Boarines to join the Federation
Description	The Federation window seems to indicate that directly asking the Boarines to join should at least be possible. Most options in The Last Federation are visible, even if you don't meet the criteria for them. For asking the Boarines to join, though, the option to ask them to join seems to be missing (at least for me and many others) or very well hidden.

keith.lamothe Apr 22, 2014 11:42 am administrator ~0036439	For 1.003: * Fixed a bug where the Boarine Vote-to-join-federation deal would not show up under Interplanetary Relations (because it was trying to show up under Federation Deals, which category the Boarines don't have). Thanks :)
