Summary	0014362: Share Outpost explanation should mention when the influence will change.
Description	I have both a manufacturing outpost and a scientific outpost. I decided to share both with those warlike Tilaxians and... well, I was told that I'd lose out on the outpost output for 60 months, but I haven't seen any change in Tilaxian influence. If this WAD, would you add text to the effect that "influence change will occur after this contract is complete." Alternatively, and preferred (assuming WAD), could you have influence change incrementally? Save game is attached. I believe did the sharing actions ~1yr ago.

tbrass Apr 22, 2014 4:55 am reporter ~0036416	I have now learned that this WAD -- you don't get any influence until the end. Can you please add a note to this effect on the action tooltip? Something "15 influence after completion of the contract"?
