DescriptionAt Observer Mode's Race Relation window, there shouldn't be any lines between Hydrals and others since they're distracting and the information is irrelevant anyway. Same with offer for quests, or influence points by Hydrals.

It's a pretty minor thing, all told. For the quests, the reason I left those in was that specifically they have an effect when not taken, and I felt like that was important to represent in how observer mode solar systems play out.
