DescriptionATM its possible to grind tons of credits early before all races can become spacefaring by selling pirates as slaves. And you get no negatives so long there is no spacefaring races that hate slavery. (added pic)

No offense meant, but what's wrong with allowing players who have the patience to grind to do so? You and I wouldn't play that way, but why take mechanisms out that somebody else will use, just because we don't use them? It takes a lot to build influence through found objects, though I agree that the amount of credits might be toned down just a bit.

I also wouldn't mind seeing pirates part of some species' "external military," meaning that every time you took some pirates, you got a small malus. Those could really add it, forcing the grinder to make a decision about whether to piss off a bully and suffer from assassins, or back off.
