The Thoraxian queen has mood swinged to warlike 4 times in a row now. This is a huge problem, in that all I need to end this game now is to get the people they're at war with into the federation, but I can't get them to stop the war until the queen switches to something else! |

I form a fed Thoraxian with Skylaxian , and Auc & Burlust attack Skylaxian. I waited 30 years to let Thoraxian change to Warlike but its all gone, Skylaxian planet XD |

I do think that there needs to be something more to this. I get that the Thoraxians arent exactly supposed to be at all easy to control... thus the Hive Queen's wild mood swings... and that's great and all, but I think the mechanic needs expanding somehow.
It's alot like the Boarine, except that there seems to be less that you can really do with the Thoraxians (particularly when you consider the Boarine's useful ability to mess with race relations), and not much way to influence the mood swings either. There dont seem to be that many types of moods, either, I've seen "warlike" and "neutral", and.... that's about it. |
