| Description | Getting one race to share tech with another one gives almost no benefit at all compared to the 6 influence you get for just giving a tech to a race yourself. I suggest increasing the opinion gain between races to 6 for doing this, and to 3 to the player. | ||||

Well it's good for increasing relations between races, which can be useful for federation. |

The issue is that they gain so little opinion of each other, only 2 points. So if that's the only way you're improving the attitudes of the two factions with each other, it will take 45 techs to get them to the all important 90 opinion modifier. Plus the opinion gain only goes one way, so you'd then need to share 45 techs from the other race to the first one. |
