| Description | Save attached. Boarines are locked at 0 military strength by splinter factions event. The game won't let me attack the splinter factions on my own, there need to be defensive armadas to help me. But no defensive armadas will appear even if I do armada construction dispatch mission. | ||||

I also observed this when I was playing today. What I had to do we set a two-month dispatch mission to construct armadas, because this is how long it took to get some. Fast-forward for the first month, then let the second month go at normal speed until the armada finishes. Cancel the dispatch so you get your one month worth of credit and influence gain, then help the armada fight the splinter group. |

For 1.021: * The defend-against-splinter-faction-attack action now: ** No longer requires the presence of planet defense ships. ** Is now just you vs the splinter factions (with some orbital turretry on your side as usual). Thanks :) |
