Can you clarify what you mean? In terms of directly constructing terraforming kits on a planet, that was temporarily available through property development because of a bug. Normally you can't build those directly, which is why the quests for them, and the Andor ability to deliver those remotely, are so valuable. |

If you're talking about the beginning quest to build 5 terraformers, that's a quest (click the notice on the top of the screen) that takes you to a tactical mission where you have to reach a drop off point. You're not building the terraformers, you're dropping off the tech and supplies for them to do it themselves, yo udon't actually have to do anything to build them yourself. Is this what you mean? (I had the same blink blink moments my first couple of plays.) |

Drak's on target: I didn't realize at the time that it's actually a quest. Nothing appeared at the top of my screen. I'll have to try this again, and see if it's changed or been corrected since then. The fresh game iterations, they are as thick as fireflies at dusk. |
