For 1.010: * Fixed a bug where the logging of an event starting on an outpost would include a "{0}" in the title (that's where the race name usually goes, but isn't necessary here). ** Note that this won't repair old logged events, as those strings are saved as-is upon logging rather than recomputed each time.
