| Description | It's hard to tell just by glancing at the list which research options I'm helping them learn, and which ones they're helping me learn. It's a bit aggravating to have to check each individually, so giving their text different colors would be a nice addition. | ||||

That would be AWESOME, even something as simple as "greying out" the techs they already know that you'd be researching for yourself would be a huge convenience. |

I was going to suggest a variant of this, so I'll do it here. Add a single icon representing which way the tech is going in the list. Add a second icon that shows if this tech is one that benefits me directly (increased ship power, research rate, etc.) |
