| Description | When I am playing, I am noticing since the recent update faster sim speed, but slower loading of art assets. So when I click on a planet, I see a black screen with the stats on the right for a few seconds before the art behind it pops up. Same thing for event notifications, if I play on 2x speed like 1/4 of the notifications on the right don't pop up. This eases off as I play the game game longer/assets are loaded in, but it is slower than previously (I had not noticed this at all before.) | ||||

Also occurs in other screens such as race relations, etc. |

Usually that sort of thing is just indicative of other I/O usage on your hard drive, etc. There haven't been any changes in that area in weeks. |
