Right now I can't duplicate this. How are you doing the scrolling? Are you dragging the scrollbar, clicking it, or using a mousewheel? |

For 1.016, let's see if this does it: * Put in some changes to the grid control that should prevent the freezing that a couple of people were having in the prior version on the planetary summary/details page and _definitely_ the tech page. |

I was using the mousewheel, but I got the same behavior by dragging the scrollbar. It seems to be fixed in 1.016, but the screen isn't displaying properly, which I've reported as 0015005. |
