Summary | 0015033: Do a month's work in a day! (exploit)
Description | Basically, the month ticker advances on the last day of the month, wether you spent one day or one month doing the dispatch/almost any other activity that measures time in months. Best part, you can do it repeatedly... System going to crazy? Spend the last day of each month on "improving relations", or whatever. Spend the rest of the month fighting, or flying around distributing tech, or whatever you like. Suggested solution: Measure everything in terms of days, better for the rounding as well...

For 1.017: * The "per-month" effects of a dispatch mission now happen at the same time of month that the dispatch was started, rather than always at the beginning of each month. This avoids some exploits related to spending the last day of each month on a dispatch and the other parts of the month doing other things, etc. Thanks :) |

I still think you should break everythiung down to days, since the rounding can have too great an effect. Additionally, this could result in some annoying "out of sync" issues, like never getting credit for completing a month of the dispatch because you're always having to respond to some other event that takes place at the beginning of the month. Not sure if that's how it works or not, so I'll see if it happens that way once I try it, but I can certainly see a significant probability that the "fix" may be worse than the exploit. But here's hoping, and cheers! :) |

It's daily now :) |

I am LOVING the daily progress! Seeing the time remaining time decrease daily (at the top of the screen) is SOO much better than having to estimate where the thing was going to end too! All around a HUGE improvement in my opinion! |
