Summary	0015142: Race willing to trade Cesium both ways
Description	In the attached save file, the Andors will trade their Terbium for the Peltians' Cesium, but will trade Andor Cesium for Thoraxian Uranium. Maybe this can be explained in role playing terms as "terbium is super cheap/common on the Andor world so they are willing to trade it for just about anything else, but Uranium is quite rare and badly needed (like Platinum on Earth) and they are willing to pay hard Cesium to get it." But it is surprising to me, the player, so I'm documenting it and providing a save file. I think mining in general is ripe for an overhaul in many ways, including the UI. But that's a very large and open-ended topic. In the interests of keeping this ticket narrow in scope, I'm declaring that the purpose of this ticket is limited to documenting that the specific surprising behavior mentioned in the title can happen in 1.018, and providing a save file to reproduce it. Whether this behavior should happen, how the player should be informed about the trade routes races are willing to create, and how this fits into any upcoming larger mining overhaul are worthy topics of discussion. But those topics are out of scope for this specific ticket, and should be addressed elsewhere (other tickets tagged related for specific issues, or the forum for more general discussion or half-baked ideas).
