Summary	0015208: Andor captures planet from Andor
Description	Their planet under attack by Thoraxians, 1m Andor left on the planet, the "went down fighting" and captured planet notifications start scrolling once a second announcing that the Andor were killed by Andor and their planet captured by Andor. After 23 sets of notifications, the Thoraxians capture the planet and it stops. This is in observer mode.

keith.lamothe May 21, 2014 1:03 pm administrator ~0038255	For 1.022: * Fixed a bug where if the Skylaxians were invading a planet owned by its original owner, and that planet was flipped via invasion, then the Skylaxians would then ensure it was turned over to its rightful owners... the guys currently owning it. Now that honorable-rule won't fire if the original owners are the current owners. Thanks :)
