Gotcha. I'll look into making that more clear, but it's not a bug. The AI is currently doing some sort of action that makes it unable to have trends. Possibly the imposition of martial law, for instance. But we can't see right now, because the game is being nonspecific. ;) |

For 1.606: * Now when the game tells you "This planet cannot have any trends right now" it will now be more specific about the cause. Thanks :) |
