I'm uploading my own save to confirm this - game is in the 10th year and started in the current patch 1.025, and no racial flagships or velocitors to be seen. Also, please ignore the number of outposts I have. :P It's a super macro setup for the marbles achievement. |

Thanks! * Fixed a bug where a lot of the ship unlocks were not happening in recent versions (definitely the flagships, possibly more than that). |
