Summary0015378: Unlimited Command Centers can be constructed on a planet
DescriptionI was playing around with a friend, he paused, and I mis-clicked twice when building command centers while the game was paused. On resume, two command station were constructed, with the benefits of both being received.

The attached video shows an example of this bug

I'm pretty sure it is fixed, as my attempts at reproducing it in my own game all failed.

Yea, I'll need a save with steps to reproduce here, as there's code in there that's pretty heavy-handed about preventing this, and I'd need to be able to debug it while it failed to fix it :)

Here's the save where I discovered the issue, as you can see we've had our share of "fun" using it! In order to trigger this, pause the game once the colony ships are on a planet, select a CMD station, and click wherever you want to place it. Cmd+Shift multi place also works. Once resumed, all of them build at once, although only 1 really registers as the main command station. It's really odd how they behave...

Original reporter's showed me how this bug works. While paused, start holding shift BEFORE selecting the command station to be spammed.

For 7.036:

* Put in additional checks to prevent multi-placing of command stations (in MP, mainly, was not able to reproduce this in SP).

This also cleans out the extras when you load a save, btw.
