Summary0015425: half built command stations count for control of a system..
Descriptionsince I seem to rely on this a lot and it sure _feels_ like an exploit...
1) start building a command station on the planet with the superterminal
2) pause construction partway through
3) either shoot the core shield generator, or build a spire hub - or both.
4) eventually get around to using the superterminal when you have time and fleet for it by completing station, possibly several hours later.

The station isn't providing supply, and it doesn't seem to be considered eligible for waves (handy against warp jumper for protecting backline fabrication facilities after scrapping original station if you lack warp jammers)

It's corner case scenarios and feels like an exploit, is this working as intended?

I think it's fine as-is. I wouldn't want you to have to destroy the superterminal just to kill the CSG there. The Spire City Hub thing is more iffy but in general I don't think you're gaining so much by this that it warrants changing the logic in dozens of places (it would be fast enough, but would probably lead to bugs).

Thanks for letting me know, though. Feel free to exploit this one; if you find that it's letting you win situations you really shouldn't be able to win then feel free to reopen this one.
