Summary0015600: Use different sensor image color for disabled bots
DescriptionThis could even be differentiated further by "out of ammo/attack disabled" and "movement disabled".

Using a different color would help to reduce the amount of tooltip skimming necessary to plan your next move, especially on higher difficulties (I find myself doing this *a lot* on Expert).

[s]Bright orange or purple[/s]Something grayish, maybe with some glow, perhaps? I could assist in the creation of the necessary assets if need be ;).

Since there are no wireframe variants for the _Deactivated assets, this mantis issue and 15603 are mutual exclusive. See it as two suggestions to tackle the same problem :). I would prefer 15603 over this.
