Summary0015696: Need some way to access missing Andor groups
DescriptionThis one has bugged me for awhile. The game seems to randomly choose which Andor political groups will exist for the course of that playthrough, but having certain ones missing can be a HUGE hit to the Andor's capabilities.

In my current game they really need to change some things related to their own planet, but the policies available to help with that cant be accessed since the required group isnt there.

Some way to switch out one of the groups with another that isnt there would be helpful. As it's a pretty major effect, it should be relatively tough to execute. 8000-10000 credits to do something like this perhaps? That's a significant yet not undoable amount.

This is very much by design. Basically, the Andors are a completely different race each time you play the game. Their attributes and capabilities vary immutably between games, unlike all the other races. This is one of those things that is meant to help keep certain strategies from being too prevalent with them. Sometimes they are woefully weak or unusually strong.
