Description | Hi. Basically what happened is, after clicking unload on a couple of my assault transports the game screen blacked out and threw an "ErrorsReportedByEngine" error into the message log. The game screen remained black even after zooming in/out. Other planet screens look normal, but switching back to the bugged planet still displays the black screen. The provided zip contains a screenshot and a savefile. The savefile is moments after the bug, but I don't seem to be able to reproduce it reliably. The bug occurred on the planet "Wovoka". The screenshot is a capture of the error displayed in the log, and the glitched game screen with nothing showing but the toolbar and the message log window. The assault transports themselves aren't carrying any unusual ships, just the usual fighter/bomber/missile frigates, except a cap of Yng Nanoswarms on power-down mode. Sorry for the inconvenience. It'd help to see your ErrorsReportedByEngine.txt log from your AIW install's RuntimeData directory. Also ArcenDebugLog.txt. Thanks :) |

For 8.014: * Put in a protection against a (possibly rare or new or both) division-by-zero bug in the health bar rendering code. Thanks :) That hasn't been pushed out yet, but will be with the next release. How frequently do you run into this? |

Happened again in the same game save, this time I think it had nothing to do with assault transports unloading or yng nanoswarms, just issued a move order to a group of ships I think. Attached a new zip package of ingame screenshot, save file right after the bug, and the logs, in the file "error package 2". |

Whoops, didn't notice you've replied already lol! I personally have never encountered this before version 8.013. This game was my first game after the update, and both error incidents were in this game. |
