Summary	0015879: Improving relations reports wrong final numbers
Description	Apologies for the weird title, wasn't sure how to word it. Basically, when you improve the relationship between two races, on the final report after the dispatch ends, instead of showing how far up the influence has gone from the starting amount, it takes the new total and adds the influence gained to that. Eg: Race starts at 10 - 10 Through the dispatch, you increase it to 20 - 20 (+10) On the report, it says the attitude has increased from 20 to 30 (+10) The end result is the correct one, it's just the report screen that's incorrect.
