Okay, I've been through the code and looking at that save, it's definitely not giving the bonuses to them. I had it stop using the buildings at all for the check, and the Evucks dropped to 0.24 compatibility with that planet, whereas the other races stayed at 0.74. Adding it back, the Evucks also went to 0.74. It was just a coincidence that the increase of those five terraformers happened to bring them up to the level that the other races already were at! |
