| Description | Just that. The first quest I was offered was the Evucks' request for spacefaring. I supplied this, and though I've since set time going and moved to other planetary systems, they show the quest as still active. It turned out I'd done the quest without accepting it. Upon accepting it, I had to do it again, with an attendant ramping up of difficulty. Seems that succeeding once should be enough, even if you don't tell them in advance--after all, they acknowledged becoming spacefaring immediately. EDIT: I just started a new game, and ran the same quest. The Evucks raised their opinion of me upon success and I got the financial credit, but they're still not showing as spacefaring, even with time no longer paused. I had to highlight the action among friendly acts, instigate it, and win a second time, to make them spacefaring. | ||||

On this page, near the middle, there's a Select File option with Choose File as a button. If you click that, you can upload the savegame of your choice that shows this. Ideally a savegame that has the quest available, but not yet entered in to. Or in the middle of the quest, but not the quest finished, either way. Thanks! |
