Summary0001622: Suggestion: Optional detailed ship death reporting
DescriptionThe ship death sound is useful for knowing if some of your ships are dying somewhere. But this doesn't tell you what died, or where, or even how many. (AFAIK, the number of death sounds doesn't exactly match the number of ships dead.)

It would sometimes be helpful to know more about what is happening, such as in these situations:

- The death sounds you expect from the fleet of scouts you sent out can lead you to overlook the death sounds from an AI raid on one of your planets which you don't realize is happening.

- When you bring a large fleet to attack a planet, you hear that ships are dying, but it's sometimes hard to get an idea of what kinds of losses you are really taking. Are your frigates getting massacred? Did you just lose a Seige starship?

Suggestion:
- An option to provide more details when your ships are dying. Printing it all to the message area might be too overwhelming at times, so perhaps the exact details could be placed in a message log, with a summary shown on screen, ie: "5 ships lost at Celuta". The summary would print no more than once every 5 seconds or so with the most recent activity.

Should these messages be limited to player, allied, and neutral planets? It seems kind of silly for these messages to pop-up on enemy planets; they are expected to die there :)
Maybe there can be a control option (global or per-planet) letting you turn it on for enemy planets, for cases where you want to maintain a stable beachhead or something.
