I must admit that im pleasantly surprised this is getting worked on with the diplomacy overhaul looming. |

For 0.903: * In a new game you now pick a leader rather than a race. ** And the tooltips now list the racial theming modifiers (added new in this version, like the burlust police stuff), leader theming modifiers, the racial attack power multipliers, and the racial free techs (and buildings unlocked thereby).
