Summary | 0016290: Placing Buildings in another city counts towards that city's building capacity, allowing infinite placement. | ||||
Description | If you place buildings in another city, the current city's building capacity is not effect, so you can place as many buildings as you want. The placed buildings use the adjacent city for the building speed as well. Which means that you might try to get a jump on setting up a second city, using your primary cities enhanced engineering. But then you find out you have 20 buildings around it which are all going to take 20 turns to finish. | ||||

At some point in the meantime it was fixed so to no longer be possible to place for a different city. Please let us know if this isn't so (there's an edge case where you can get it in another city if the spot is adjacent to both, but that's fixed in the next version too). |
