Description | In my Cobalt Bomber endgame I was told to eliminate multiple races. One of them were the Burlurst, whom I had basically destroyed some 200 turns before. They had a total of three structures remaining: a Seaport (that I destroyed) and other buildings. They had not built a structure in nearly 200 turns, nor launched attacks. The Krolin were my second Cobalt Bomb target (Thoraxians went first). After their annihilation, they did not show up as subjugated/dominated/destroyed, despite the impossibility of their resurgence. | ||||

I would say we go the civilization way with this one and dominate a race when you destroy the city center. These buildings have already more then enough health. |

Yeah, I blew up the Andoran Parliament about seven times in a row in this game. I tried blowing up every last one of their residences too, but they had some I didn't find. I don't like that, but I wouldn't care for "blow up city center to win" either. There's no fun in an Ascension victory where you killed the Hive Queen before the midgame even started. |

Do you still have that savegame? It probably will have them offer subjugation now. |

The Burlurst surrendered when I targeted their last military building; the Krolin remain defiant in spite of having their entire civilization scoured from Planet. Also, is it intentional that the Spire are completely immune to the Bomber? |

For 0.902: * Saucers now no longer keep a race from surrendering under the "if I don't have any non-resource-gathering surface buildings left" rule. ** And fixed a bug in that rule where it was treating some alien resource gatherers as not resource gatherers. Thanks :) |
