Summary0016380: Cobalt Bomber not drawing power properly
DescriptionAs currently implemented, the turn after the Bomber is completed your energy zeroes out and you go into the housing crunch/trash buildup/crime+unemployment spike, and likely starvation as well. (I wouldn't know, I have the SP ability that powers food structures during brownouts.) One turn later the Cobalt Bomber announces a full charge and the city recovers, minus deceased persons from the last two turns.

This process repeats every time the bomb is fired. Presumably this could be averted by having the necessary 5 million energy on hand.
