Description | Buildings should probably clear the fog around them by their transport distance or some minimum constant. As it stands, an Air Cargo Bay can have range of 15/25/10 (depending on type of transport), but still clear the same amount of fog as a park. | ||||

As tempting as that is, that would in most ways negate scouting in other fashions. Basically we'll use the bs explanation that it takes the specialized scouts to go into new territory the first time or it's not safe for the other stuff to go out looking yet. |
