Summary	0016716: Laser Saucers one-shot almost everything
Description	These might be a tad overpowered at the moment ; ). Not sure how much casualties in terms of buildings you envisioned for a single saucer incident, though. Currently these either seem to be trivial (if you have some missles at you disposal) or game- ending to (if you have not). So its kinda the whole first strike advantage thing again. So, not what you intended in terms of mixed arms etc. - at least as I understood. Also: Their paralyzing ability (they have one right?) does not seem to be mentioned anywhere. Save attached.

Their strength has been cut down substantially. ** The Neinzul and the Spire remain unusually dangerous, for the moment, though.
