Summary	0016729: Buildable location does not have buildable icon.
Description	I'm trying to build another science lab next to a wonder. The buildable location icon does not appear on the hex even though it is a legal placement. There are no messages indicating that you cannot build there. You can also build there, without the buildable icon. See screenshot and save.
