Yes it can... via the button in the bottom center console. |

o yea I forgot that was there still I remember being able to access that stuff from the lander it self before the last patch. |

No problem! Yep, that was one of the changes in the release notes -- no more clicking into subscreens via clicking the buildings. All that stuff has direct buttons on the GUI anyhow. |
