Summary	0016974: Embassy Screen: Target Race not being shown
Description	I selected the target race close the window and then opened it again and it appears that the target race reverted back to No Race Chosen. See screen shot On a related note is it possible to move the pull-down race menu over to the actual text element? That way when your on the screen your eyes don't have to wander to two different areas.
