DescriptionScouts no longer reliably auto-scout. I think they do so early on, then stop at some point. Manual scouting is still possible.

In this case is it just that there is nothing left to scout, or is there a scoutable area that they are not scouting? Would someone mind checking and letting me know when they get a chance? I'm a bit overwhelmed right now.

Yes, but no. Repeat: I can manually scout further. Their scouting range is not exhausted yet.

There is still scoutable area, but auto-scouting does not act on it.

I have uploaded a second save in which the difference between automatic and manual scouting is illustrated by the fact that there are several far-reaching corridors that manual scouting uncovered, whereas the automatic scouts are content to stay closer to home.

Adds a couple screenshots for quick looks there too. First is his max scoutable range (~ 40 tiles I thought this was a hard 20?). Second is centered on a station north of his city a bit.

Hey aslo, multiple scouts aren't being counted, only one scout is being used to auto.

For 0.872:

* Fixed several bugs preventing auto-scouting from working properly in some cases. Notably:
** Ceasing to scout eligible tiles, sometimes because it was hung up trying to scout the very edge of the world.
** Scouting the same tile over and over again, or nearly so, making it look like only one scout is sent out.
