DescriptionWith the changes to pollution made in 0.874, some other changes should happen.
1. The tile information pollution amount is capped at 100, regardless of how much is actually there. It should probably be relaxed to be its actual value.
2. The amount of pollution decay was something like 0.8 in pre.874 I haven't checked the new value. However with the amount of pollution that a Nuclear Plant produces now (which is probably too high honestly. Nuclear power is "clean".) The smog created by that will never decay by itself. It should probably be increased.
3. I thought I had mantised this, but couldn't find it. Can the pollution scrubbing, production, and tile reports be put into the same scale? Right now half of them use 1/10 units and the other use 1/1 units.

Attached save contains multiple nuclear plant death cloud of pollution.

They also have my cobalt bomb save with a Nuclear death cloud.

Don't drop an Oil Power Plant... You can't get close enough to it to start cleaning that mess up.
